Returns Policy

Earth Sista will refund or replace products that are faulty or damaged, or do not match the product ordered from the Website. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at info@earthsista.com.au for full instructions on how to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.

Earth Sista will not accept returns of opened or used product.

We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient and cannot be predicted by us.

 

Payment & Shipping Policy

Payment

Payment through the online store:

All payments made through the Earth Sista website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways – your choice of either Square or PayPal. Square accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal accepts a larger range of credit cards. Both payment gateways handle your information securely.

Alternative methods of payment:

We can also accept payment from an Australian bank by Bank Transfer. Email us with your order and shipping address and we will email you an invoice with our bank details for payment.

Shipping

Under normal circumstances we will post your order within two working days of receiving your payment. If for any reason we have to delay posting your order, we will notify you of any possible delay. Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment.

Australian orders:

Orders shipped within Australia are sent by Australia Post and are usually received within 7–10 business days. We will send a confirmatory email once we have sent your parcel.
